Digital Marketing Manager + Creative Designer
What you'll do:
Creation and execution of T+ Media messaging and calendars on socials, websites and email newsletters.
Research, gather, create, plan and post compelling content that supports the voice, tone and style of our content and other projects.
Prepare and supply social media posting calendars for content releases.
Monitor the latest trends and platforms in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to leverage new tools and services and how they would benefit Truth + Media initiatives.
Digital assets maintenance (link maintenance, smart links, video descriptions, tags, etc).
Set up and verification of new video platform channels, manage YouTube playlist creation and maintenance.
Manage post boosting / testing / optimization, creative development, and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute plans to highlight and stimulate user-generated content including influencer outreach.
Design and execute contesting for exposure and audience growth and capture, using digital tools and partnerships.
Who you are:
3-5 years digital content management experience including social media messaging and email marketing. Previous media and creative content production experience preferred.
Superb written and oral communication skills.
Personable and actively emerged in sports, leadership, human performance and popular culture and its consumption across multiple channels.
Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and have the ability to be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
A team player that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help out the team.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.
Energetic, efficient and able to work independently under pressure.
Must be able to think and act quickly; thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment; and set and meet deadlines.
This role requires a high degree of creativity, energy, innovation and flexibility.
Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is essential.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, Illustrator, inDesign, etc.) helpful, but not required.
